Overview. Homemade Stories is a storytelling app designed for families. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

Data Storage

All content created in Homemade Stories — including stories, audio recordings, images, and folders — is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is sent to external servers or third parties.

Permissions we request

Microphone. The microphone is used solely to record audio narrations for your stories. Recordings are saved locally on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.

Photo Library. Access to your photo library is requested only when you choose to add an image to a story. Photos are stored locally within the app and are never shared or uploaded.

Backups

The app allows you to create a backup file of your library. This file is saved to your device or to your personal iCloud Drive (under your own Apple ID). We have no access to this file.

Children's privacy

Homemade Stories is designed to be safe for use by children. The app does not collect any personal information from users of any age, and contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking of any kind.

Third-party services

This app does not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics tools.
